I haven't blogged in ovver a week and I feel so bad!!!

But my nails look like crap and they have been naked for quite some time.

On the upside though, I've done a couple of swaps so I'm no longer a virgin on Makeupalley.com

Finally! My DIY Nail display.

I finally have something nail related to post.
Well, nail polish related rather.

My nails have been naked because I've been doing a lot of yard work and things of that nature.  Simply put: My hands are going through it right now. lol
Anywho..
I've yet to finish, let alone update my nail polish jcollection that's posted here.
My nail polish count has grown and I';m currently at 498 nail polishes which includes my nail art striper polishes. I have a lo=t, but not that many where they make up the majority of the collection.  I have about 40-45 give or take a little.

I digress...
 The reason for this post today is because I spent a good amount of time looking at different nail polish racks and decided that they ae way to expensive for me to buy.. so I tested my handy dandy-ness.. If there is even such a thing.
I made my own nail polish rack whic is currently holding 39 polishes but three of them are not normal bottle size, though they aren't mini, just not as big as OPI and Orly..

I didn't use any dimensions or anything like that. I free formed it.  I couldn't bother with dealing with length and height but there are a couple of cool diy tutorials that i watched on YT.  There was one that i wanted to try, but in the end it was just too confusing and the person didn't really dumb it down enough for me.  I may be smart when it comes to school and cooking and a few other things, but anything that I have to do that includes hand eye coordination and building things.. TOTALLY not my forte.

My Mac E/s Collection

This is something that I've seen done plenty of times and in the efforts of putting out as many videos as I possibly can this week, I did one as well.

I used to have these shadows split into 3 regular (15 pan) palettes and 4 small ( 4 pan) palettes with the additional eye shadows still in palette form in my drawer. I also have a few that are L/E and still in palette form plus a couple that are in single palette form.

I decided that I wanted to take out the plastic within the palettes that allowed me to only put 15 eye shadows and now I can fit 26 shadows in each pan.

I think I've mentioned before how much I LOVE green and gold e/s on tanned skin. Dark skin is even more beautiful!
I absolutely loved this look and will definitely do it again, and the next time I'll actually go somewhere with this pretty makeup.

As the title says, this is my first contest but it is not NAIL POLISH RELATED!!!So please do not leave rude comments.

A fellow Youtuber and I decided to do this contest as a collaboration contest.  I have finally put the video of the contest up on Youtube.

The Haul pt 1

As promised...
I have a haul!!!! The two companies featured in this haul were pretty good on delivery.  I ordered and received my packages within the same week. Can we say LOVE?! I think it's wonderful to order and receive packages in the same week because it minimizes anticipation for new products.  That is mostly why I don't like ordering things from online. I hate having too wait.
Anywho...
Onto the haul.
The first package I ordered this week was from Everyday Minerals.  Mind you I had heard about this company before but had never ordered anything from them so these products are the first the I've ordered.  The transaction process was really smooth with no problems.  My items came in a bubble mailer and were also wrapped in tissue paper for added security.

These e/s are travel sized and I figured they would be a great thing to get. Besides they were in a deal for only $10 for the 5 of them. Why pass that up?

 The brushes that I purchased. They don't have any names on them you can tell what they are for. Or at least I can. The first is a shadow brush, the middle is a pencil brush, and the last one is a blending brush.

The colors, even though you can't really see them, are: Boardwalk, Lip Lock, and a full size e/s in Art Girl 

Next up is the Zoya 'Smokes' part of their 'Smokes& Mirrors' Fall Collection.
I've been on a craze for wearing cremes so i only purchased the Smokes part of the collection.  I don't think I can ever have enough cremes. :)
