Project 365: To Wed or Not to Wed

Dear You (Hopefully you know who you are, because I don’t)

                I’m excited about our first meeting.  Maybe it won’t happen right now. But I know it will. I can feel it in the air.  You know how you anticipate something even though you may not know what it is you are anticipating? Well, that’s how I feel right now.  I know ‘The Situation’ (as Artist Erykah Badu once named it) that I’m in won’t last forever.  We’ve grown apart… way apart.  I messed up by inviting others into it and while leading them on, revert back to ‘The Situation’ and cut them off like nothing ever began.  For those of you I may have been in contact with, I’m sorry.  I truly apologize. I think about you. Wondering whether or not I should say anything.  Hopefully one day you see this. Maybe one day I will let you know I wrote it.

But to my future you, I hope you’re ready.  Ready for someone filled with ups and downs but very much willing to work them out with you.  Someone who has a romantic side dying to come out but is constantly flushed by the current ‘situation’.  Ready to feel the love that I need and ready to give the love that I have stored.  It’s been on reserve for you.  My all that is.  I was finally able to get it back from those who had pieces.  Now that it is whole, I’m nurturing it.  While I constantly try to tell myself about the ways that I would love and live my happily ever after…

Currently, I’m stuck in this ‘Situation’ this 'relationship'

Project 365: Day 5 Flying above the clouds

LITERALLY!!!

In no shape or form did I digitally or manually alter this photo.  I took it when I was on a plan heading to Jamaica  May 2009.

Have you ever imagined flying above the clouds? Yeah, you may hear people say it in reference to feeling good or great. But have you ever really imagined actually doing it?
Have you imagined trying to breath the extremely thin air that is above the clouds? Maybe it would feel like a permanent asthma attack.
Planes fly as high as they do to get away from the turbulence and the effects of weather.  When we were up that high, it was SOOO pretty.  I wanted to climb out of the plane to walk on it. Now that would've been an experience to cherish forever.
But of course you can't really walk on clouds being that they are only made of water vapor.
But if only it were possible. I would give my last dollar....

Project 365 Day 4 Are you Going in The Right Direction?

Sometimes I have to ask myself that question when I feel like I'm losing myself.  I couldn't pass the chance to take and edit this awesome photo.  Keep yourself in check with questions like this, you don't want to stray too far from reality.

This b uilding stood out to me... the color scheme was super bright.  I made he colors pop using Photoshop CS5.  Don't think I did a too shabby job. This was taken while I was driving in the car. Well, I wasn't the person driving.

Anti- Valentine's day feat. Silent Treatment

As big a romantic day that Valentine's Day can be, I know more than a handful of people who really despise the day.

There are quite a few legends around the actually history of why the day is honored, but one of the most popular would have to be about St. Valentine, who was a priest in Rome in 249 A.D. He is believed to have performed the marriage ceremony for young lovers even after marriages and engagements were cancelled by Emperor Claudius. When the emperor found out what he had been doing he imprisoned the priest...

so on and so forth.. thus we have the day.

You didn't REALLY think that i was going to sit here and tell you that bedtime story, did you?

On with our real business here.

here is the look that I came up with using Wet n Wild trio in 'Silent Treatment'

The colors blend well and the texture is very smooth, there is a little fallout, but nothing that some good old translucent powder can't fix.

Day 2: Project 365:: Birds of a feather flock together (late)

Ever hear that age old saying?

I think about it and wonder if its even true.

I tend to try and make friends who are different from me.. though we will still have some things in common. I wonder if bluejays will hang out with Pigeons.

Wet n Wild Coloricon Swatches

So I purchased the WetnWild Trios from Walgreens. They were $2.99 each and the color payoff for most of them are beyond gorgeous.

Here are some swatches!!
Tassled Taupes and Sunlit Bronze are actually Maybelline. I got them at the same time and decided to simply include them. :)

The names of each trio is written on it. I used paint. LOL

PLL 15: If At First You Don't Succeed, Lie, Lie Again

Aria is hung up on the picture they were sent because she figures out that it has to be taken by someone high up and in Alison’s house from the angle. They believe that the photographer could have been her brother. The girls find out that Alison’s brother is back in town and Spencer decides to confront him. She asked him why he was back and he tried to apologize about his behavior towards them during the time they were planning the memorial for Alison.Hanna’s mother has an unexpected meeting with the client that she ‘borrowed’ the money from. She is on edge about what may happen at the meeting considering the fact that it was an unauthorized loan. Spencer scores Aria tickets to a museum show that her dad doesn’t use. Aria plans on taking Ezra [Mr. Fitz] to the show and he agrees to go. The only way Hanna will be able to get the money is to rat out Aria by giving her mom a ticket to the show that Aria and Ezra will be attending. Will Hanna take the bait? Hanna comes home to find her mom sitting in the dark with tears. She knows that the only way to end her mom’s crying is to snitch on Aria. Emily is getting a hard time from the current team captain of the swimming team, Paige. Emily has been breaking records because she is back into putting her all into the swimming team since she feels like Maya has moved on. Aria invites Hanna to get a manicure and pedicure but Hanna declines and tries to discourage Aria from going out with Ezra later on tonight. Emily’s friends are ready to pounce on Paige for saying the rude comments about Emily being a lesbian. Hanna left an anonymous envelope, with the ticket to the same show Aria is going to, on Ella Montgomery’s desk. But after she realizes what is done, she is too late because class is dismissed and she can’t get the envelope back because her P.E. teacher wants her for detention. Aria is dressed and ready to go and Ezra rented a limo for their first actual date. Aria’s mom was supposed to be on her way to the same art show but her car mysteriously wouldn’t start and she ends up missing the art show. So Aria and Ezra won’t get busted. The coach called Emily and Paige were called to a meeting. The meeting was about Paige’s comment towards Emily about her being a lesbian but Emily told the coach that it was a little misunderstanding that they already worked out. Jason [Alison’s brother] leaks out information to Spencer about Ian that no one ever knew. Ian, the supposed poster boy tri-athlete, was actually a party boy and was getting high and partying with Jason the summer that Alison was killed. Spencer and Emily are going to the bead shop to see if the same person that ordered that the bracelet that had Alison’s name is the same person that ordered Jenna’s bracelet. Aria’s dad is going to drop Aria’s mom to the art show since the car broke down but the artist didn’t show up for the showcase. When Ella was saying goodbye she leaned in for a kiss to her husband, though separated, and they started kissing. Looks like Aria is saved again because her mom and dad are preoccupied with each other. Ms. Potter [Hanna’s mom’s client] died from a heart attack in the hospital. Even though it was sad, Hanna and her mom felt relieved. Now they don’t have to worry about Ms. Potter finding out the money was missing.
The two bracelets were purchased by someone pretending to be Spencer Hastings. The look on Spencer’s face when she found out was to die for.
Hanna was about to confess for getting Aria in trouble but she didn’t because she was interrupted by Aria saying how much their first date was great. So Hanna doesn’t have to confess anymore.
Paige was upset about the lineup for the swimming team and decided to pay Emily a visit. While Emily was in the water, Paige held her head down under the water. Hanna was surprised to find out that Aria's mom didn't get to the showcase,but the 'New Kid" at the school is the one who cut off the kill switch in Aria's mom's car which is the reason why she didnt get to go to the showcase.
